What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to departure will be fully refunded.
Cancellations 7 days to 48 hours prior to departure will be subject to a 20% charge.
Cancellations 48 hours to 16 hours prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge.
No refunds on cancellations made within 16 hours of departure.
No refunds for non-appearance without notification.

Up to 48 hours prior to the cruise the date may transfer to another event free of charge,
subject to availability. Any price differential will be refunded or charged as relevant.
Any transfers received within 48 hours of the event will incur a 20% charge.

All cruises are weather permitting. If for any reason a cruise was cancelled by Cruise and Chill
due to the weather, your booking will be rescheduled or fully refunded if you may choose to.

Are your start and finishing times fixed?

No we are somewhat flexible to accommodate your wishes and needs.

Do you have snorkelling gear aboard?

Yes we have masks and fins available for most sizes but you are welcome to bring your own.

From where does our cruise start/finish?

We start and finish all our sail cruises at the Jolly Harbour Marina Mega Yacht Docks
next to Customs/Immigration and Al Porto’s Restaurant.

Of course! Our friendly team is available to answer your questions from 0800h to 2000h.
